We work closely with the construction team on site to ensure the project is executed in line with the approved design. Our supervision focuses on design compliance, helping to identify discrepancies and ensuring the contractor delivers the agreed scope.

Fees:

• up to 40 square metres – €1200/month
• 41-60 square metres – €1400/month
• 61–80 square metres – €1600/month
• 81–100 square metres – €1800/month
• project area over 100 square metres - on request

For projects above 100 square metres, as well as for commercial properties, pricing is calculated individually. Fees may vary depending on the location and complexity of the project.

We take care of the entire sourcing process to make sure everything arrives on time and exactly as specified:

• Checking all quantities against the agreed estimate
• Sourcing alternatives for discontinued items
• Coordinating and placing orders with suppliers
• Requesting quotes and negotiating the best terms
• Handling communication with suppliers and contractors
• Inspecting deliveries on site and checking quality
• Managing replacements or claims where needed
